Aubergine
It is a purple, long cylindrical or round summer vegetable, eaten as vegetables. Homeland is tropical India. It is grown in warm countries. Although it is rarely known in central and northern Europe, it is a very common vegetable in our country in summer.
Eggplant grows well in fertile soil. It is mostly grown in the seeds. The longer the eggplant is, the more it is the arch-eggplant, the rounder is called the eggplant or the garden eggplant. Eggplant has little nucleus or seedless and meat is moderate.
